UK Delivery
We offer fast, discreet delivery across the UK.
All orders are shipped directly from our UK fulfilment partner in plain, unbranded packaging.
Dispatch time:
Orders placed before 2 pm (Mon–Fri) are dispatched the same day.
Orders placed after 2 pm or on weekends/holidays ship the next working day.

Your billing statement will display a neutral company name for privacy.
Delivery Notes
Delivery dates are approximate; 99% of orders arrive within the timeframes above.
If your parcel is delayed or tracking hasn’t updated, contact us and we’ll follow up directly with the courier.
Returns
Unopened, sealed items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
For hygiene reasons, opened products cannot be refunded unless faulty.
If an item is faulty, please contact us within 30 days for a replacement or refund.
