Returns & Refunds

For hygiene and safety, most intimate items cannot be returned once opened.
This does not affect your statutory rights.

Change of mind
• Unopened/unused items in original sealed packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
• Email us first at contact@feverra.co.uk for a return authorisation and instructions.

Faulty items
• If your item arrives faulty or develops a fault, contact us within 14 days with your order number and a short video/photo.
• We’ll troubleshoot and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
• If a return is required, we’ll provide a prepaid label.

Exclusions
• Opened/used intimate items, lubricants, and cosmetics cannot be returned unless faulty.
• Gift cards are non-refundable.

Refunds
• Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. It may take 3–5 business days to appear.
