Is packaging discreet?
Yes—every order is shipped in plain, unbranded packaging with a neutral sender name.
Can I trust your products?
We sell a range of products from some of the leading brands, we do this to ensure product quality.
Do you ship outside the UK?
Not at the moment - we currently ship UK only.
What’s your returns policy?
For hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns of opened/used intimate items unless faulty. Unopened items can be returned within 14 days.
For faulty items, email us with a photo/video and your order number.
Are your products body-safe?
We focus on trusted brands and highlight safe materials in each product description.
How do payments show on my bank statement?
Payments are processed securely and appear with a neutral descriptor.
